    The grant to your organization from Long Beach Lesbian & Gay Pride, Inc. (L.B.L.G.P., Inc.) is for the explicit purpose(s) described in your project budget sheet. And is subject to your acceptance of the following terms and conditions: (1) you certify that the organization listed above has received a determination from the Internal Revenue Service that it is an organization exempt from Federal income tax under section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code, and such determination had not been revoked as of the date hereof or your organization operates under the umbrella of an organization determined by the internal revenue service to be a 501(c)(3) organization and such determination has not been revoked as of the date hereof; (2) you sign and return the grant agreement; and, (3) you agree to provide L.B.L.G.P., Inc. with a three page maximum Completion Report with cost allocation report by January 31, 2017 or within 30 days after completion of project whichever is later; failure to submit completion report will render applicant ineligible for future grant funding and possible reimbursement of granted funds.
  • Grant Expenditures:

    This grant is to be used only for the purpose described in the grant proposal. Any changes or modifications in expenditures must receive prior written approval from L.B.L.G.P., Inc.

  • Announcing/Publicity:

    The grantee agrees that L.B.L.G.P., Inc. will include the grantee's name and information in various forms of publicity including, but not limited to, press releases, announcements at the Pride Celebration and listing in the Pride Celebration program.

  • Limit of Commitment:

    Unless otherwise agreed in writing, this grant is made with the understanding that L.B.L.G.P., Inc. has no obligation to provide other or additional support to the grantee.
