Food Truck Setup Friday: Food Trucks who wish to set up on Friday may do so between 8am and 3pm. Support vehicles must be removed from the festival site by Noon. The opening ceremonies for the festival begin at 4:00 PM.
Food Truck Setup Saturday & Sunday: Vendors may set up at 5am on Saturday morning. Booths must be open by 10:00 AM, with all Food Trucks must be parked in designated space in the festival grounds by 9:00 AM – NO EXCEPTIONS. Any Vehicles NOT within specified area within the Festival Grounds After 9:00 AM will be fined $100.
***Vendors may NOT close or dismantle food trucks before 10:00 PM on Sunday.***
Early departure from festival grounds will incur an additional fee
Price Per Space For Saturday & Sunday is $1,300.00 Your space purchase includes ▲ 3 vendor Bands per day (Saturday / Sunday) ▲ 1 loading pass per day (Saturday / Sunday) ▲ Roving security services from exhibit move-in through move-out. All vendors entering the Long Beach Pride Festival grounds Must Be Wearing a Vendor Band (Saturday & Sunday), and must show corresponding identification at check-in. Please submit full First and Last names of those working the Event, to gain access to festival grounds. Bands not associated with names on list, will not be permitted to enter. **A City of Long Beach Health Depart Permit is Required. Please Note: No Electrical service is Provided to trucks. Food trucks will use an onboard generator or onboard power inverters. Everything must be contained in the truck. No tables, chairs or condiments may be stationed outside of the Food Truck, per the Long Beach Health Department. Food truck cannot exceed 30 feet in length. AN EXHAUST HOSE MUST BE AFFIXED TO THE EXHAUST SYSTEM AND ALL FUMES ARE TO BE EXPELLED ABOVE THE HEIGHT OF THE VEHICLE
