We don’t sell or share your personal information
Long Beach Pride does not sell personal information and does not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising, as those terms are defined by the California Consumer Privacy Act as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CCPA/CPRA). We haven’t done so in the past 12 months. We don’t knowingly sell or share the personal information of anyone under 16.
As a nonprofit, Long Beach Pride is generally not subject to the CCPA, but we choose to honor these rights for everyone who uses the Site, in California or anywhere else.
Opt-out preference signals
If your browser or extension sends a Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal, we treat it as a request to opt out of any sale or sharing, with nothing more you need to do.
Your privacy rights
- Know what personal information we hold about you and how we use it.
- Delete personal information we collected from you, with limited exceptions such as donation records we must keep by law.

- Opt out of any sale or sharing, now or in the future.
- Limit the use of sensitive personal information. We only use it, for example a pronoun or accessibility need you share on an application, to provide what you asked for.
- No discrimination for using any of these rights.
