Your information, handled with care.

Long Beach Pride (Long Beach Lesbian & Gay Pride, Inc., a 501(c)(3) nonprofit, EIN 33-0040651) collects only the information needed to process donations, applications and email updates. We never sell it.

Email updates

When you subscribe, we use your email address to send news about events, tickets, volunteer opportunities and the organization. Every email includes a link to unsubscribe or update your preferences.

Applications and donations

Membership, volunteer, vendor, parade and sponsorship applications are used by our volunteer board and committees to review and respond to you. Donations are processed by our payment provider; we do not store full card numbers.

Electronic signatures and application records

When you submit an application, your answers and any files you upload are stored securely on our website and emailed to the committee that reviews them. Only our board and committee members can see them.

When you sign an application by typing your name, we record the date and time, your IP address, your device’s time zone and browser, and an approximate location (city, region and country). The approximate location is looked up from your IP address through IPinfo (ipinfo.io), a third-party service. We keep this record with your application as confirmation of your signature.

You can ask for a copy of your application or for it to be deleted by emailing info@longbeachpride.com.

Your rights

California residents may request access to or deletion of their personal information under the CCPA/CPRA by emailing info@longbeachpride.com.

This page summarizes our practices and is pending review by the Board of Directors.
