2026 festival reimbursements

Let’s make this right.

Tell us who you are and what you paid for. We check your claim against our records the moment you send it, and you’ll see where you stand.

Where things stand

We made a promise, and we’re keeping it.

The festival planned for May 15–17 didn’t happen. By then, most of the money people paid us had already gone into producing it: stages, permits, insurance and deposits.

We’re paying people back in batches as money comes in. Entertainers, sponsors, vendors and ticket holders are all in the queue. To cover the rest, we’re fundraising, lining up new partners and handling our internal assets. If you haven’t received your reimbursement yet, submit a claim so our board can review it and get it addressed as soon as possible.

We’ll keep going until everyone who’s owed is paid, and we’ll post progress in the Newsroom along the way.
