Long Beach Pride and LGBTQ Center Present the 2024 DEI Job Fair

Long Beach Pride and the LGBTQ Center of Long Beach are teaming up to connect job seekers with employers who value diversity. The 2024 DEI Job Fair takes place Saturday, January 27, 2024, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at 1017 Obispo Ave., Long Beach, CA 90804, the home of Long Beach Pride since 2001.

The fair is made possible by the generous support of the Port of Long Beach, Vice Mayor Cindy Allen and VisitLB. We are grateful to each of them for their support.

This is an open invitation to nonprofit and community organizations to join a shared effort to build more diverse workplaces in Long Beach. Each employer receives a 10-by-10-foot space at no cost. Just bring your own tent and table.

Admission is free. Come ready to meet organizations committed to workplace diversity, and bring a few copies of your résumé.

This event is more than just a job fair; it’s a commitment to creating an inclusive environment where organizations and job seekers can connect and thrive.

Our mission is to produce and support activities that educate, encourage and celebrate Pride, inclusion and respect for humanity. A morning spent helping someone find meaningful work is one of the most practical ways we know to live it out. We look forward to seeing you there.

Long Beach Pride is a nonprofit organization known for its annual Pride festival, parade and Teen Pride events, and has celebrated the LGBTQ+ community since 1984.
