Saucy Santana took the Saturday headline spot at the 41st annual Long Beach Pride Festival on May 18, 2024, as advance tickets launched at $35.
Rapper Saucy Santana will headline Saturday at the 41st annual Long Beach Pride Festival on May 18, 2024. We announced him on Feb. 15, 2024, together with the launch of advance tickets at $35.

Santana is known for his charisma and for tracks built to move a crowd, which made him an easy fit for a year when our theme was “The Rhythm of the Rainbow.” Our President, Tonya Martin, said as much.
His music, celebrated for its empowering messages and dance-worthy beats, aligns perfectly with this year’s theme, ‘The Rhythm of the Rainbow,’ highlighting the uniting power of music within the LGBTQ+ community and beyond.

As with any Pride or LGBTQ+ organization, we must continue to support our siblings. As it is, their growth is our growth.

Santana got his start as a makeup artist for the hip hop duo City Girls, then launched his own recording career in February 2019 with his debut single, “Walk Em Like A Dog.” Around the same time he became a recurring face on Love & Hip Hop: Miami.
In 2021, his singles “Walk” and “Here We Go” set off viral challenges on TikTok. That same year he released “Material Girl,” followed by the remix “Material Gworrllllllll!” with Madonna.
Advance tickets went on sale with the announcement at $35, giving festivalgoers early access to a weekend of performances and community. They followed a limited Early Bird offer at $20 that opened earlier in February. Tickets were sold through Eventbrite.
The festival ran May 18 and 19, 2024, on Marina Green, and the Long Beach Pride Parade stepped off on Sunday, May 19. The parade was free and open to all.
Feb. 15 was a big day for the 2024 look and sound of Pride. The same day we named Santana, we also announced Carlos Sosa as the winner of our theme logo art contest for his piece “The Rhythm of the Rainbow 2024.” It was his second win, after he designed our 2019 logo.
